Our Pop of the Month for February is Red Velvet Raspberry Truffle. Full of all-natural color and ingredients, this amazing pop brings together several different flavors to create a rich and decadent dessert!
Red Velvet Raspberry Truffle begins with our Red Velvet Cookie Pop. The Red Velvet Cookie Pop includes an all-natural, red velvet cookie in the center. The cookie is colored with beet powder giving it that deep, red color you come to expect with red velvet. (Watch this short video of our all-natural Red Velvet Cookie being created in our kitchen!) It’s surrounded by our famous butter milk pop. Our buttermilk flavor is very similar to cheesecake, sweet and tangy. The combination of the two is similar to red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.
The Red Velvet Pop is amazing on it’s own! But this month we’re taking it a few steps further to create an lip licking combination you are going to love! We dip the Red Velvet Cookie Pop in our creamy, smooth white chocolate and then we drizzle it with fresh raspberry.
Our raspberry drizzle is house-made, all-natural, and contains no artificial colors or flavors. We purée whole raspberries to create our drizzle giving it a dark, red color. It has a sweet, tart flavor you love from the raspberries.
