Healthy Pops that are High in Vitamin C

The long, cold months of winter bring frigid temperatures and sometimes a nasty cold, sore throat, and sniffles.  If you are looking to get more Vitamin C in your diet to help ward off that nasty cold bug we have several healthy pops on our menu that will help you get that Vitamin C into your diet in a tasty way.  They are a comforting when you are fighting a cold or need to soothe a sore throat.  Kids definitely approve of this tasty way to help a sore throat feel a lot better!  Here are the healthy pops we recommend that are high in Vitamin C.

  1. Clementine
    Clementines, water, organic cane sugar, and lime juice make up this healthy pop. It has a great citrus flavor and 32% of the Vitamin C you need daily.
  2. Strawberry Lemonade
    Our most popular pop, Strawberry Lemonade, has water, organic cane sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice in its ingredient list.  Tasty and refreshing this pop has 19% of the Vitamin C you need daily
Dairy Free and Low Calorie

Are you are leaving dairy out of your diet or can’t have it due allergy reasons? Our banana pop is a healthy pop that is dairy-free and low in calories.  We make this healthy pop with ripe bananas, coconut milk, water, organic cane sugar, avocados, coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.  It is smooth and creamy and comes in at only 156 calories.

Be Prepared, Stock the Freezer!
