Pop of the Month for March – Coconut Cream Pie!

This month our Pop of the Month features one of our very best flavors, coconut!

Our coconut pop is a crowd pleaser and one of our best selling pops. But what a lot of people don’t know is that it is one of the most difficult pops we make. Why? Many times the coconut flavor you get in other products is from artificial flavoring. We don’t use any artificial flavors in our coconut pop.

How do we do it? We start with raw coconut milk and boil it with raw coconut and let it soak over night to pull out the flavor. It’s time consuming and labor intensive but it helps us extract that wonderful coconut flavor without using anything artificial. The result is a light, creamy, and all natural pop full of delicious coconut flavor.

We knew this pop would be perfect for a Pop of the Month creation and we’ve been looking forward to sharing it with you.

Coconut Cream Pie starts out with our incredible coconut pop. We dip it in our smooth and creamy white chocolate and then finish it off by dredging it in mixture our gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and toasted coconut. The end result is better than any coconut cream pie you’ve ever tasted!
