Craftwork Coffee Co.
Craftwork was founded by two friends who wanted to create a place where people could literally work at their favorite coffee shop. They desired a space where a culture of collaboration could grow among individuals who wanted to feel the energy, warmth, and community of a coffee shop in their office every single day. When deciding to create this space in Fort Worth, they met with architects, furniture partners, coffee roasters, and eventually hired employees. In what seems like an instant, Craftwork was born.
Hill Country DairyThe origins of Hill Country Dairies began in the late 1970's. As a distributor of mostly non dairy products, they served various restaurants and institutional facilities. Over the next 20 years their product line grew to include a few dairy items but it was not until the 1990's that new ownership brought on an expansion in products and customers. Their product offerings expanded to include various brands of cheese, ice cream and cultured products. They even created our own Hill Country Dairies' brand of ice cream.

Mozzarella CompanyPaula Lambert fell in love with fresh mozzarella in Italy and decided to bring the art of cheese making home to Texas. Since 1982, her tiny downtown factory in Dallas has made award-winning cheeses the old- fashioned way – by hand. Using fresh milk and the finest Texas ingredients, Paula and her staff consistently produce cheeses that grace the pages of gourmet magazines and delight the taste buds of cheese lovers across the country. Although the Mozzarella Company now produces almost 200,000 pounds of cheese a year and more than thirty different products, including a blue cheese, butter and a torta of mascarpone layered with pecan pralines, one thing still hasn’t changed: Each and every cheese is made completely by hand. Their cheesemakers practice the art of cheese making to ensure that every bite exceeds your expectations. All of their cheeses are made completely by hand following centuries-old recipes, using the freshest ingredients.
